My husband went to Kendrick on August 28th for lunch to get a Kendrick special, which he brought home........ They used to be delicious very disappointed not much meat in fact we even put more salami on it it was lame. I called and talked to the manager of the cafe she stated they've had several complaints regarding the meat on the sandwiches they had double in price we used to get them for $5 now the 10, I understand the price goes up but you shouldn't skip on the meat not when the prices are double. I called and she tried to make it right but the manager above her don't want to do anything babe he said inflation but it shouldn't be skimping on the meat when your price is doubled. I call they don't care they offered nothing not even an apology. They lost me as a customer and they don't care about their customer. I won't Go back there's other places that are good even the price has gone up I can go to Popeyes and get a two piece chicken dinner for 99 a lot of Mexican restaurants to get an entree for $8 till 11 hours and that's a dinner not a sandwich. Kenrick very disappointed.

First off I want to say what great staff they have. On my first visit I locked my keys in my car ....long story short they helped me so much I felt like I knew these people all my life. Now down to the food, I am a big meat eater and I buy meats all over the St. Louis metro area and yes in Illinois. Every cut every portion every piece has been a ten. They also have frozen food and if you like Italian you will love the frozen ravioli and tortellini. If you want something special just ask they have done several custom cuts for me and cant enough how pleased I am. I almost forgot the deli sandwiches are excellent, I did get a wrong order once and it was better than what I had ordered.
